In collaboration with the National Audit Office (NAO), this session reflected on the findings and recommendations from the NAO report, as well as on the Public Accounts Committee evidence session with the Department for Transport in parliament. The presentation was followed by a panel discussion with representatives from Bus Users UK and Campaign for Better Transport.

Silviya Barrett is Director of Policy and Campaigns at Campaign for Better Transport – the national charity championing high quality, affordable sustainable transport. Silviya joined the charity in February 2020. She is responsible for building the organisation’s policy, research and campaigns programme and managing external engagement.
